Mervyn joined Ken initially as a consultant and was added to the Board of Directors in 2012 and oversees day to day corporate operations and guides implementation of business strategy together with leading and managing the executive team across various functions.

Mervyn is the bridge between the Boards vision and the day-to-day reality of running the business as well as dealing with share holders and making sure they are updated and ideally happy with the progress of the business.

Mervyn has immense experience in building successful businesses both in terms of shareholder value and in establishing succession strategies to ensure long term stable growth.
