Geraint is the SHEQ and Compliance Manager at KGJ Price, responsible for leading the company’s Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) systems in line with industry regulations and ISO standards. As the organisation’s lead for occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance, Geraint plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

With over 25 years of cross-sector experience in planning and compliance roles, Geraint brings a methodical and forward-thinking approach to the rail industry. Since joining KGJ Price, he has been instrumental in ensuring RISQS compliance, improving SHEQ practices, and overseeing safety-critical training across the business.

He has substantial knowledge of ISO systems including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and continues to lead initiatives that reduce risk, enhance sustainability, and uphold the highest safety standards across all sites.

Geraint is currently studying for his NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety and holds a NEBOSH certificate in Environmental Management. He is an affiliate member of IEMA and working towards practitioner status.
