Ewan Keir joined KGJ Price in February 2012 as a Manufacturing Apprentice, bringing fresh insight into the company’s well-established production environment. Prior to joining, Ewan balanced full-time work with study, earning a wide range of engineering qualifications and practical experience.

Over the years, he progressed through roles including Machine Operator, Switch and Crossing Installation, Drawing Preparation, and eventually Production Manager. His hands-on experience across multiple disciplines has shaped a well-rounded understanding of both operational and strategic delivery.

As Business and Product Development Manager, Ewan oversees all activity at the Bedwas facility, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to client specifications. He is responsible for developing customer relationships, expanding service offerings, and strengthening the company’s supply chain.

Known for his approachable leadership and collaborative mindset, Ewan focuses on building strong, motivated teams that thrive on communication and shared success.
