Adam McGurk joined KGJ Price in February 2023 as Production Manager, bringing over two decades of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Prior to joining the team, Adam spent 23 years at a local paper mill, where he progressed through a wide range of roles including Machine Operator, Cell Leader, Continuous Improvement Leader, Shift Manager, and Junior Production Manager.

At KGJ Price, Adam is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activity at the Bedwas workshop. He ensures every item is produced safely, on time, on budget, and to the exact specification required by the client. Adam leads a 17-strong team, including shop floor foremen, operators, design and quality assurance personnel, stock controllers, and estimators.

Known for his approachable leadership style and collaborative mindset, Adam focuses on building strong team dynamics while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
